Unpublished papers, those accepted but not yet published, or those prepared for law school credit are eligible. The submission must be the entrant’s original work, 20-30 double-spaced pages max, and written in traditional law review style conforming to Bluebook guidelines. Endnotes may take up an additional 5 pages.

Topics must relate to the area of trusts and estates and encompass a general, rather than specific, issue. Papers should only include the title and last 4 digits of author's SSI, no name. The official entry form is available at actecfoundation.org. Email the paper (Word or PDF) and scanned entry form to amy.michaud@actec.org.
