Nominees should be a student currently pursuing a J.D., LL.B., Masters or Ph.D. degree during the 2020-2021 academic year who attend either an ABA accredited law school or institution current listed in the Guide to Undergraduate and Graduate Education in Urban and Regional Planning. The topic of the paper should encompass city planning or a related area (e.g., land use, local government, or environmental law). Paper entries should be between 2,500 and 12,000 words.
