American Bar Association Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) Law

Eligible law students are those who, at the time of entry, are enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school during the academic year of the Competition, are legal residents of the U.S., and at least 18 years old. Papers should focus on a question of legal and/or policy significance relating to public land and resources law.

Directors, officers and employees of the ABA and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
