Open to all students currently enrolled in an accredited college (graduate or undergraduate). The paper should (1) focus on an aspect of Native American law; (2) be no more than fifty (50) single-spaced pages with 2" left & right margins and a 1.5" bottom margin; (3) use 12-point Times New Roman font.

Awarded as part of "The Sovereignty Symposium" held on Oct. 11-12, 2021. Entries must include a cover page with the paper's title, author, and author's mailing address and phone number. The author's name should not be included on the main paper; only the title should remain at the top. Entries must be emailed to kyle.shiffley@oscn.net.
