Specifically targeted to those who formally or informally supervise others, Leading Others is a program created as part of a multi-step, five-year initiative by Texas A&M to enhance overall leadership on its various campuses. Nomination form may be found at the link.

The intent is to enhance competencies of those who lead groups and help one transition from being an individual performer to leading a group of people. The programs takes place on 22 half days over a four month period in College Station, TX starting in the Spring of 2021. Cost is $875.
