Eligible submissions are previously unpublished works from a current law student (or 2021 graduate) who authored a previously unpublished paper on a question of legal and/or policy significant relating to the topic of waste and resources recovery law.

Submissions should be emailed to Kevin.Gordon@americanbar.org with the subject line: "Law Student Writing Competition: Waste and Resource Recovery" and include the work and coversheet attached as two separate Word documents.
