Eligible submissions are previously unpublished works from a current law student (or 2021 graduate) who authored a paper on a question of legal and/or policy significance relating to the impact of COVID-19 on environmental transactions and brownfields law and/or Superfund and natural resources damages litigation.

Submissions should be emailed to Kevin.Gordon@americanbar.org with the subject line: "Law Student Writing Competition: ETAB and SNDRL" and include the work and a coversheet attached as two separate Word documents.
