American Bar Association Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) Law

Papers should be on a question of legal and/or policy significant relating to federal and state constitutional issues related to the practice of environmental law. Eligible writers are currently enrolled law students or 2021 graduates. Previously published papers are not acceptable.

Entries shall include a separate coversheet with each attached as a separate Word document in an email to Kevin.Gordon@americanbar.org with the subject line "Law Student Writing Competition: Constitutional Law - Environmental Law"
