Papers should focus on concepts of federalism, identity, and public policy in challenging times such as the impact of federalism on the COVID-19 crisis or others. Open to currently enrolled law or PoliSci students; PhD candidates in PoliSci; and junior scholars, lawyers, or practitioners with 5 years of experience or less. Paper is maximum 8,000 words for texts in English, 8,800 words in French, including footnotes. Include a 200-word abstract summarizing the main question and conclusion with paper.
