American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice

Eligible books and articles are those that were published during 2020 and provide (1) new and timely insight into a current issue of administrative law and (2) a new theoretical construct to aid in the understanding or development of admin. law or develop a practical recommendation for solving a problem of admin. law.

There is no set deadline for this award. The award recipient is selected by August, announced soon thereafter, and the award winner is invited to the Section's Administrative Law Conference, precise date and location TBD. Submit nomination packets to address at the link.
