Nominees should submit a letter of support from the nominator with the article's abstract attached, and the full article with bibliographic citations should be included. The submitted article must have a publication date within the two calendar years prior to the awards ceremony.

Only one single-authored work by the same author in a given year will be accepted. Two works by the same author will be accepted if one or both works are jointly authored. Articles should be submitted in English.
