This prize seeks to recognize exceptional scholarship in the field of Race, Racism and the Law. Nominees should submit a letter of support from the nominator with the article's abstract attached and the full article with bibliographic citations. The article must have a publication date within the prior two calendar years.

Only one single-authored work by the same author in a given year will be accepted. Two works by the same author will be accepted if one or both works are jointly authored. Articles should be submitted in English.
