The purpose of this Award is to give recognition to law offices that have developed legal service innovations that are delivered over the Internet and are of innovative quality (i.e. have not been done before this firms' implementation). The project must (1) demonstrate the use of the Internet to deliver legal services; (2) have taken place less than 3 years ago; and (3) be operating for at least one year prior to submission of the Application.

Additional consideration will be given to projects that focus on the delivery of legal services to individuals of moderate means. The nomination should describe (1) how the service was developed; (2) how it is managed; (3) how it has been evaluated; and (4) how the service may be replicated including development costs, required technology, people requirements, and ongoing maintenance costs.
