Nomination packets must include (1) a 1-page cover letter from the nominator, (2) a 1-3 page personal statement that outlines the nominee's interest in the program, potential impact of the program on the nominee, and future aspirations for administrative service or interest in exploring this topic; and (3) a CV.

The SEC offers its 14 member schools this unique opportunity to help prepare up-and-coming faculty leaders for further positions and careers in executive service. Program alumni have advanced to serve the university as deans, a vice provost and in other executive roles. Nomination packets are due in the Spring semester with those chosen notified in the summer.
