The competition is open to all law school students and full-time, non-law students who write law-related papers as part of a course at an American law school. Employees of Mercer University School of Law (except for students working less than 20 hours per week) are not eligible to enter the competition.

A national disability law writing competition sponsored by the Mercer University School of Law and ABA Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law. Entries must be emailed as a PDF to Cherie Jump at jump_cs@law.mercer.edu with subject line “Adam A. Milani Disability Law Writing Competition."
